Santa Ana, CA - January 10, 2006 - Saffire USA, Inc, a iPod Accessories and Bluetooth Products developer have release its version of Premium DS-317 Stereo Speaker for the iPod MP3 player with wireless remote.

The saffire DS-317 premium audio system is designed specifically for the iPod users in mind. Users will be able to dock their iPod via the built in docking station and synchronize data and charge the iPod. The unit is compact enough for desk top at work or home use.

The DS-317 speaker produces Hi-Fi quality sound by combining Neodymium drivers and tweeters, along with a built in subwoofer for better bass and uses a 3D sound processor.

Connecting the iPod to the DS-317 is easy, insert your iPod into the slot and away you go. The DS-317 recharges the iPod and sync with the computer for song update or data transfer via the USB cable provided with the package.

With a built in infra red remote control feature, user can remotely control the power on, pause, volume up/down and forward song across the room with the DS- 317 Speakers remote control.

Other feature includes the use of the line in port for users to use the DS-317 speakers to connect other devices such as Portable CD Players, computers or MP4 players.

The saffire DS-317 premium audio system is currently compatible with the iPod video, iPod nano, iPod Photo and iPod 20G and 40G click wheel. 4 special docking adapters are provided for different iPod sizes.
