Apple launch a new 1GB iPod Nano
Apple has today Launched a new 1GB iPod nano that offers the same features and form factor as the current 2GB and 4GB models for £109. The new smaller capacity nano, which was expected to be launched at Mac Expo can hold up to 240 songs or 15,000 photos. It is available immediately.

“Now everyone can afford an iPod nano, with our new 1GB model starting at just £109,” said Greg Joswiak, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide iPod Product Marketing. “The iPod is the world’s most popular digital music player with over 40 million sold, and now even more music lovers can experience the unrivaled combination of iPod and iTunes.”

The good news with the New 1GB Nano is that it is the same size as the 2GB and 4GB Nano’s so all your favourite accessories currently on the market will still work with it.
The Nano now has a huge range of accessories released so this will be much easier for New buyers as the previous Nano’s had a shortage of cases when it was launched last year.
