3G iPhone hits the UK with a bang

Filed under: Other — chris @ 9:40 am

Just this last Monday Apple released a new version of its very popular iPhone. Altough the iPhone was always popular it did have some problems which put off users. Firstly was the price it started retailing at £279 in the UK which was out of a lot of consumers price bracket considering Brits are used to getting phones for free. Secondly was the fact that the internet ran on Edge which is the slowest phone network currently used. Now they have come up trumps the prices starts at nothing if you take out the highest tariff or £99 if you choose any other tariff. Also they have sorted the speed of web browsing by making the new iPhone 3G which will vastly improve web browsing experiences.
